Your safety is our #1 priority, so we need to make sure you have enough experience to not hurt yourself while performing exercises without supervision. That's not to say you're completely on your own when it comes to form. You will have the ability to upload form check videos on any exercise you have questions on. We are happy to give feedback and suggestions to get the most out of each exercise.
