2026 ultralife retreat
August 2–6, 2026 • Beyul Retreat Center • Meredith, Colorado
The Experience
Each day blends guided movement, mountain air, and simple living.
Mornings start with movement.
Some days it’s an easy hike. Other mornings it’s yoga that wakes up every muscle.
You’ll wander trails through aspen groves above the Frying Pan River, surrounded by crisp alpine air and good company.
There will be full-body strength sessions and destination hikes, with the option for guided trail runs to clear alpine lakes.
We’ll also go horseback riding through open meadows with wildflowers.
And there will be time to slow down: paddle across the pond, dip in the creek, or simply rest and recharge.
Afternoons are quiet by design.
Stretch. Sit by the river. Read in the shade. Or do nothing at all.
Evenings bring everyone back together for chef-prepared organic dinners and fireside conversation.
The Setting
Beyul Retreat Center sits on a quiet stretch of Frying Pan River outside Aspen.
Cabins and lodge rooms are cozy, rustic, and surrounded by forest and open space.
When it’s time to unwind, step into the dry sauna, soak in the hot tub, or take a cold plunge in the creek-fed tub.
why we created the ultralife retreat
Modern life pulls us in a hundred directions. We train, we work, we plan, but rarely do we slow down long enough to breathe, connect, and remember why it all matters.
Since moving to Colorado, our weekends have been filled with adventures in the mountains — hiking, running, exploring, and recharging in places that remind us how good it feels to be fully alive. We wanted to share that feeling with others, to create an experience where movement and nature bring people back to themselves.
This retreat was born from that desire. To move your body, eat amazing real food, and feel part of something bigger, without the noise or pressure of everyday life.
We believe fitness isn’t just about reps or miles. It’s about feeling alive, strong, capable, and connected to nature and people who remind you what you’re capable of.
The UltraLife Retreat is our way of helping you come back to that. To get outside, have fun, and reconnect with what makes life feel full again.

It’s also possible to Uber from Aspen, and rental cars are available at both airports if you’d like to explore more of Colorado before or after the retreat, which we highly recommend and can help plan for you. Since Aspen is so close, we think adding a day or two there is well worth it!
